My style is generally more of a Deep Tissue with influence from Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, and Structural Integration Therapies. I’m always eager to learn new things about the body and share my perspective with clients and patients. Teaching people about how their body works to improve their own mind-body connection, in hopes of helping them develop better tools for stress management and self care, is one of the ways I believe we can be most effective as therapists.
